I need games designer

I am looking for a flash games designer to develop graphics an idea of how graphics should look like games come from miniclip.com. You don’t need to copy the graphics but make similar ones or reproduce them in a different style with my site name prsented in the games . All graphics should be delivered in 5 different Flash 2004 files and they should be well organized into each .fla’s library. You also need to deliver all source graphics. (Photoshop, Coreldraw or Illustrator sources). Graphics should be imported to flash as vectors, if vectors are not possible then they should be in png format. Also, all games should follow a standard template. Play a bit with each game to have an idea of what graphics or animation is required to be developed.
