Netscape Compatibility Conversion

Need someone to convert a 'template' of my current website to make it compatibile with Netscape 4.7 (or lower is possible) - Can pay $$ or trade bid's worth of games from the store. Your choice. Should be an easy conversion, maybe a few hours worth of work? I am only talking about converting 1 page that I will use as a template.
