One way Links

I'm looking for someone that can provide me with PERMANENT one way links (NOT RECIPROCALS) to my website, which has dirtbike information. Each link must meet the requirements listed in Deliverables. All links will be checked for relevancy and coding prior to full payment. Please make sure to give me details as to how many one way links you can provide within 10-30 days. ## Deliverables 1) Links must be on relevant sites. 2) Links must come from pages of Google PageRank 15 and higher and must be spider friendly. 3) Links must be on pages that have been indexed by Google, Yahoo and MSN (Dynamic pages with "?" in the url are not acceptable) 4) Links must be on pages reachable from the homepages of the other websites within 2 clicks. Links from deeper pages may be acceptable at my discretion on a case-by-case basis (depending on PageRank). Links from orphan or doorway pages specifically created for links exchange are not acceptable. 5) Links must be on pages with as few other links as possible (no more than 50 links per page). 6) Links must not include any redirects and may not be hidden in javascript. 7) NO link farms, message boards, guestbooks, blog comments, RSS/XML feeds, FFA pages or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. 8) You will not spam other webmasters with automated queries. You will make sure each link request is individually submitted and personalized. You will respond promptly to email and communicate effectively with link partners. 9) You will get only 1 link per site/unique IP and no more than 5 links from sites that are owned by the same individual or company. 10) You will not use any automated software or service that instantly create hundreds of links from link directories. You will not participate into any commercial/professional/web rings or enter the site in any links exchange program like Linkpartners, LinksToYou, etc. All process should be honest and manual. 11) You will ensure that the links contain the correct anchor text, that the url is typed correctly and resolves to the correct page. 12) You will submit a report with the following information about each link: main url of the site, exact url of the page containing link, Google PageRank of the page containing link, IP address of the site, contact e-mail of the other webmasters. ## Platform n/a
