PHP Genuis needed now!

Hi, We have a website that has extensive programming in php. We need someone that can speed program in php, because our programmers are getting tired and we have a deadline to catch now and need someone to help us with some finishing touches. We are having the site redesigned and might need the php genuis to work with designer to make sure php is aligned with new design, and we need a few new ideas incorporated into the site. Nothing tremendous but it's work. Alot of miscellaneuous changes and then one major change which will be to incorporate a traffic distributing system through out our program. We need someone that is good at creating mathematical algorythms and has experience with either mutli level affiliate programs or mulit tier ad exchanges. You must be devoted to us and can work extremely fast and can deliver things in days that would take people weeks. We are on a deadline and we need an affordable price now but will pay a major bonus upon successful completion. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform whatever
