PHP website!

a)This project involves creating a website in php with high level login scripts and a search engine to search for medical related information for the public. b)It needs to have several databases in MySQL created for the medical information and also for an online questionnaire which will be given to the coder. c)The design of the website needs to be of very high quality with images given once the bid has ended. d)A guestbook will need to be created also following after the online questionnaire is completed so people can discuss the questionanire and results etc.. e)Also a discussion board with a login facility and the ability to add a new user with registration details and time accessed stored to be retireved at any time. f)If possible a method in which the administrator can give temporary passwords and change them when he/she pleases. g)to create a simple online medical leaflet (design and information will be given) using sound(audio file will be provided) for non english speaking citizens. the website design and fucntionality is left to the coder just the above will need to be implemented in. how it works, how it is displayed is left to the coder (sample websites will be give) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) tasks a-g completed and fully working. ## Platform windows XP PHP MySQL Apache Internet Explorer 6
