Please submit a bid to create a clone of the following website: [login to view URL] With the following changes: 1) Much (if not all) of the text will change. I want the format, not the content. So, I'll be supplying the content of text for each page as you develop it. (In other words...when you are ready to develop some pages...send me the text of those pages, and I'll reply within 24 hours with my version of it.) 2) Due to the changing text, many graphics will need to change. Please figure on most or all of them changing when you estimate your bid. 3) All 'video' and 'interactive' demo's will be done in flash. This will cause you to get on our demo site, run and capture screens and reports, and then automate them in a screen-by-screen demo (using flash). 4) Important: The [login to view URL] site supports multiple languages. While I want the functionality, you are not responsible for delivering anything but the English language. If you know another language and want to add a comment to your bid that you can deliver the site in two or more languages, that would be a plus because I will be able to test the multiple language format. (Spanish would be my most preferred language, and French would be second to that.) 5) Regarding time and deadlines, if I take more than 24 hours to respond to your request for a page of text, I'll extend the deadline by 24 hours for each day I'm late in responding. However, your work on this project is time critical and other than delays that I cause, I can't extend the deadline. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) For purposes of determining whether this project is complete, ALL screens (minus the one's I tell you in [login to view URL] comments as we progress) are required and mandatory for completion. What the above (4) means is, there will be some screens that you send me for translation that I will tell you that I do not want to translate. Please make sure all communication is via [login to view URL] because when I tell you that I don't want a screen, you are no longer responsible for delivering it. However, most screens will be mandatory, and therefore you should estimate this project based on the fact that they all will be. 5) To be very clear, a screen is not complete just because it is a duplicate of [[login to view URL]'s][1] page...it is complete when you have sent me the page via [login to view URL], I have changed the text, you have built the page (including flash and graphics), and the page runs under the proper link without error. 6) Everything needed to reproduce the site is part of the deliverable...so that means flash souce files, asp, html, etc. ## Platform Microsoft Internet Information Server is the platform, you may use the following languages to develop the site: HTML Asp .Net Flash
