Hello sir, I can finish this for 24 hours if you provide me with all details. As for the platform, I wouldn't use Wordpress, it's pretty complicated and not secure, HTML is much more secure and faster on loading and for this type of website I would be using HTML5/CSS. Which means it will be visible on all devices (desktop, tablet / laptop and mobile) and of course all browsers. Even more, if you are interested, I will set up test server where you can see live example before I'm awarded for this project. As for wordpress .. it can be done just I think for this type of website it's better to have HTML/CSS. Question about shopping cart .. is it just paypal button?
