461070 Script to clone folders on dedicated server

I need web based import form for importing files. I will import 2 files, [url removed, login to view] and logo.jpg. Once those 2 files have been imported (uploaded) i need the script to make/clone 1000 folders in different names (4 characters for example) and to evey each of those folders to include those 2 files. So it woulf be like

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

etc.

After all the folders are done i need the script to export me the report, simple .txt report, one URL for a line, names of all created folders.
