Update website design

We need a updated design on our website. We also need to incorporate our new logo that is already done. I've attached a picture of our current design and new logo. The site has 5 pages. On the "Contact" page we would like to add google map locator and mail form. It's an engineering and manufacturing company and we need the design to reflect that and we want it light, bright and clean. Think 3D cad, mechanical design, automotive engineering and R&D. We don't need any flash, it should be more a simple but clean design. We want it to look 2014 and not 1980. Basically everything needs to change, colors, buttons and so on. The text are images today and we want that changed to editable text so we can edit it our selfs, you can reuse the current pictures. We'll send the complete site to winning bidder. We would like it updated as soon as possible, preferably by tomorrow.
