Phase one only on this bid - This is not that complicated but vendor must be capable of Phase2 (As seen on [url removed, login to view]). Where a programming language is needed I require Java so that my professional programmer friend can maintain and debug should we lose contact with the winning bidder. The system will have two main applications for now: First - a tool for individuals that sell themselves personally and obviously can't be in 2 places at once. Users will put a link on their webpages "check my availability online" this link will go to our server using an ip address URL and open up a new window that has a form for customers to query availability on a given date. Also a button for them to click that offers afternoon or evening and afternoon/evening (default). results are then displayed in same window - Congratulations - "john smith is available" please email him at.... or call ...... no password required for customers to check. If not available the system will Say Sorry not available - Unless the vendor has up to 3 other members to check (if he refers anyone at all) and that vendor is available. The second use will be a Business to Business (B2B) feature that will allow users with a special password to query the same database to check availability of various vendors in the event industry in the New York area. This will be most useful to event planners and vendors that actively refer others for commission.

Additional Details Pricing - Forms to enable Paypal payments are required. The first 25 members that actively upload their calendar will have 2 years of free scheduling service. All others invited by me or by other members will have one year of free service. All those that find the site or are otherwise referred by non members are invited for a 6 month trial for five dollars (pay for first month get 5 free) 5 Dollars a month thereafter. Back up system tested and working. Either server to server or broadband connected PC 3 Hours maximum of additional features that I will likely think of as we develop this. Additonal work - hourly rate of 25 per hour max. Note- phase 2 will include optional and additional email reminder feature for 5 Dollars per month - no free trial. Can set reminders for anything and be emailed at time you specify. If you want to implement this in phase one at no additional charge I will offer you 30 percent commission immediately (less paypal fees) Additional Note - the regular service may include an automatic reminder that is sent out 5 days before an event. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
