picture transformations

simple project requiring black and white picture manipulation, i.e. negation, blurring and displaying frequency of greyscale on histogram. To be kept as simple as possible. Two classes to be created one to do manipulations and one to display images. To be written in simple Java. Two classes provided - a picture importer and a canvas used for displaying the image. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform to be run on windows
