2 html/css web pages template for android(repost)

I need you to create two mobile web pages templates designed for android. The app is about tracking flights, but you won't have to implement any logic, your job will be only about the html/css template design. Both web pages will run inside a WebView [(][1] <[login to view URL])> of an Android application. ## Deliverables Dear html/css/android/jquery specialist, I need you to create two mobile web pages templates designed for android. The first webpage "[login to view URL]" will contain approximately : -a text box (flight number) -three radio buttons (date) -a search button The second webpage "[login to view URL]" will contain -status of the flight (include the delay) -aircraft type -departure information -time -date -terminal -gate -airport -arrival information -time -expected arrival time -date -terminal -gate -airport -weather information -temperature -description -weather icon (provided) You can check on the attached screenshot a draft of what is contains inside both screens (of course don't do a UI which looks like this!). Technical requirements : -the user should not feel that he is not on a native application -must comply with the XHTML Basic 1.1 -must comply with the CSS 3 -must run correctly on Android 2.1+ -must run correctly on low, medium and high resolution of android screens, including tablets -must respect all the best practices specified on these url : <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> [][2] (you can even have multiple css depending on the screen resolution) -you have use jquery to make some basic animation (for example to simulate the touch of the search button, expandable panel for departure/arrival/weather) You will test the app in the Android emulator during the project. I will be able to help you to setup this, but I prefer someone with some Android experience. I am not very creative on the design even I have a large knowledge on programming for smartphone and web sites. That's why I need a html/css for mobile application like you. My level of expectation on the UI is very high. The project will be done in two part : 1. Make a draft on photoshop to see how the app will look like for both pages 10% of the bid will be released 2.
