Wordpress plugin - webservice

I need a wordpress plugin created that will add an icon to the top of the wysiwyg area where you add videos and images etc..We will give you the icon but it will go next to those.

clicking on this will open a window, the will choose video, image or audio. you will post this selection to a location via json. you will get back json from the server of a directory structure. you can let the user choose a directory/folder to go into, post that back to the server and then the server will send you back a json list of files and file details. you will render this list to the end user and they will then choose something from the list. you will send that selection of the file back to the server. the server will send back html for you to insert into the wysiwyg.

for example they might choose a video from my server, we will return back the html embed code you can insert this to the editor (like youtube embed code)

plugin must install nicely and uninstall nice via wordpress plugin area. Lastly you will need to post to the server some authentication info with each request. we can talk about how to do this later but it wont be complex and it will use json and REST.

give me timeline and cost. if you need any js i prefer jquery here

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
