Build an Online Store

I am looking for someone to integrate google wallet for the digital goods that I want to sell on my website (even though google wallet is intended for web apps). You will need to create a payment forum, process the payments and once successfully processed, update the user status in the MySQL database. The api for google web app is here [login to view URL] I already have a merchant account. The trick is that I want to integrate this inside vbulletin (mysql database). You will be updating one of the tables of the vbulletin database for every successful payment. I also have access to the google checkout script (Google checkout was retired in 2013) for vbulletin. [login to view URL] This script is not functioning since google has retired checkout. You may be either update this script or write one on your own. Its unto you. I don't need too many features and looking for a simple setup. All long it does the job and updates the user status once payment is processed, i am happy. I looking for someone who can implement this cheaply, efficiently and quickly.
