Comment posting script

I need kat(.)ph comment posting script. - it will have 3 input fields: 1) comments (for example "what a great album") 2) urls that i want to comment (for example "http://kat(.)ph/[login to view URL]") 3) Private proxy information (ip, port, username and password) - script will post as anonymous so no accounts are required Script should work this way: 1.) you import COMMENTS, URLs and PRIVATE PROXIES (ip, port, username and password), all 1 per line and you click start 2.) script will post comments to the urls using proxies 3.) i will use cronjob for this script and will trigger the posting every 30 minutes 4.) when cronjob triggers the script, script will first check if the old comments are there, if they are, script will not post on that urls where the old comments still appear, but will post new comments only to the urls where the comments are deleted 5.) Script will have LOG which will track if there is something wrong with comments, for example if you try to post some word which is banned, [login to view URL] will tell you "spam", or if you try to post from banned IP, [login to view URL] will tell you that "administrator banned your ip [login to view URL]", so the log will save all this data so i can check it later on and see what comments are banned and what IPs are banned 6.) Adding new comments, urls and proxies, or modifying must be easy from the control panel. Here is the simulation how the posting loop should work: For example i enter 100 comments, 20 urls and 5 proxies and click start. Script will post first 20 comments to the 20 urls using proxy number 1. After 30 minutes cronjob triggers the script, script checks 20 urls too see if the comments are still there, if they are script does nothing, but if the comments are deleted script replaces them with new ones and it's posting again with that same proxy number 1. Script will change to the next proxy only when the script gets to the messege "administrator banned your ip [login to view URL]". Script will continue posting untill the end of all comments, untill they are all used. I can work with escrow it's not a problem for me. What i expect from coder is installation help, and 2 days max for testing. After the testing is done and where all bugs are done i will release the funds. I will pay maximum 300 $ for this script.
