upload problem - does not allow more than 8mb

hi, i bought a document management system script from [login to view URL] and their support is useless.

Somehow the script only allows up to 8mb. We tested editing the [login to view URL] file to allow 15-20 mb etc but it still only allows 8mb. We wrote to our server hosting admin but they have no timeouts set.

Try loggin in, [login to view URL] login testing password testing.

Try also generating various file sizes using [login to view URL]

I need to upload up to 15mb at least. try using the java upload. It won't work also. After successful upload, the report says successful, but upon refresh, the file "disappears" and can't be located in the folder.

I need someone to fix this problem, i will provide access to my server. Also, when this is fixed, i have the same script installed on another web account. This has to be fixed as well.
