email invite software script creation

I want a simple software/script created that will allow customers of my clients to automatically log into their email account to invite their friends. It will include the ability to create an embed code their webmaster can put directly onto their website, or simply a pop up assigned to their website. I also need an exit page invite created when someone visits a client webpage and decides to leave. (see attached description) In addition to the email invite script, I want you to build the website around this technology. If you are a better programmer than web designer, no problem. I can have my graphic designer work with you to create a custom skin for your software and basic site. Individual client access will be password protected.
