Tropo API PHP Class

Good night, I'm looking for a developer capable to code a PHP classe to work with CodeIgniter that uses the Tropo API. It should be capable of doing the following: - Connect to the API - Answering Calls. - Making Calls. - Sending SMS. - Receiving SMS. - Asking Questions. - Recording Caller. - Control Calls: - Transferring Calls. - Rejecting a Call. - Create a Conference Call. The class should be able to work with Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP systems with CodeIgniter. Thank you ## Deliverables - PHP 5.6 - CodeIgniter 2.0 - It should work on the major browsers.
