Porting Data from Miva Store to Magento

Established ecommerce store is abandoning the old technology (Miva 4.24) and moving into a Magento Store under a new domain name. We have already designed and implemented the Magento store last year but need the following to be completely operational: 1. Since the redesign happened last year, you may have to apply new patches to Magento 2. Porting all Data from the old store to the new. This includes all products, some category pages, images, and other contents. The number of products is less than 500. Please understand that you have to export and import all relevant product / category data such as images etc. 3. Complete re-write rules for all the pages of the old site to point to the new site. Please note just pointing [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] is not what we are looking for. We want individual pages to point to individual pages. 4. Testing the store's functionality and ensuring that the new store is fully functional 5. Optimizing Magento's performance. Currently the site is on a dedicated server sharing it only with one other site. However, sometimes Magento is slow 6. Recommend any design changes for future and/or recommend modules to be installed Please note, we are looking for timelines on all these tasks. As each task is completed, we need 3 days for testing. After you report the project as completed, we may need between 1-2 weeks to test and then release the funds Thank you
