29082 PHP / Graphics Web Designer

Hi, I have a leading internet marketing website in my market (Alexa rating 25,200 & 54+ 5 star feedbacks) I am in serious growth mode. I need someone (or a team) to take responsibility for all web related issues. There is a lot related to running my website that I don't want to have to teach and show over and over. For example, I have multiple ebooks and software that I sell, multiple email lists, a newsletter, a weekly feature, a shopping cart, etc... So, I'm looking for someone who is willing to stick with me, grow with me, and be rewarded for their efforts. My most important qualities in a person/team are: 1) You know what you are doing and produce professional work 2) You work professionally and are available Monday - Friday through IM for 5 or more hours in EST (New York time) I work 9am-5pm and expect to reach you during that time. I am simply amazed at how many people disappear for days, even weeks at a time with no reason or contact in the middle of a project. If you cannot be relied on to be available then do not bid! 3) You enjoy doing varied work activities and take pride in your work and always strive to give 100%. You realize that you will be a key player in my team and I am counting on you. 4) You are willing to use voice to communicate. Don't worry if you feel your English is not adequate. As long as you can understand what I'm saying that's what counts. I prefer to use voice or Camtasia videos to show and explain what I need. It is usually MUCH faster than typing. 5) Understand deadlines and can self manage yourself. Once you understand each task you will give a deadline that it will be delivered and meet or beat that deadline. I don't want to have to chase you down for work. My motto is: "If you take good care of me, I will take GREAT care of you". Below are the skills and tasks I need. Chances are I will have to divide the PHP and Web Design/Graphics skills among multiple people since it is hard to find a programmer and artist in the same brain :-) **IF YOU ARE MULTI-TALENTED AND CAN DO WEB /GRAPHICS / AND PHP-MYSQL THEN BE SURE TO MENTION THAT SINCE THAT WILL GREATLY ENHANCE YOUR CHANCE OF BEING SELECTED!!! *** - Web page design. My pages are aimed toward selling educational ebooks, software and training. - Upsell pages. When someone selects to buy an item, this page trys to get them to buy something more expensive. - PHP/MySQL programming. Everything from simple to more complex scripts. - Script installation. For example.. I will have you go setup PHPBB, or other purchased/open source scripts on my sites. This requires LINUX, PHP, MySQL knowledge. - eBook Design in Microsoft Word. I want to set up a template have my existing ebooks formatted to fit that template. I then have a tool to convert it to PDF. - Design graphics / logos / ebook covers, etc... - Autoresponder work. I have been writing articles for over 2 years. I want to supply an outline for a series of autoresponder articles and have them written and setup. There is so much exciting and varied work to do. In short I need someone who is willing to either learn fast or knows how to find the right person to get the work done. I simply want to define the job and have someone deliver it to me. Let me repeat this: I am NOT a startup with big dreams. I am an already successful internet marketer and a leader in my field. I have been doing EVERYTHING myself and that has held me back from growing my business. By having you on my team, this frees me up for focusing on the sections of my business that produce money.
