Integrate Buddypress and Forum to existing Wordpress site.

We need to integrate buddypress plugin to enable social networking and forum (bbpress may be used for the forum) of the already running wordpress site [url removed, login to view] The new plugin has to be customized to match the existing design / look and feel of our current website.

Social Network (Buddypress) - People should be able to login instantly with facebook account and later on complete their profile or register with the site using their email (an authentication auto-mail will be sent to that id to activate the account) and create a detailed profile.

Members should be able to upload Videos (with a custom Flash video player), Photos and Real Time Chat (with one-to-one messenger as well as group chat features).

Spam Moderation - A very strong spam moderation should be there to detect, clean and block spammers / bots.

General Moderation - Options to restrict some or all of the modules from posting without prior approval from admin (or those who’ve been assigned to the task like moderators). When someone posts content, admins are notified via email, and we have the option to review the content and approve or reject it. Users should be able to flag / report offensive content.

Forum - bbpress ([url removed, login to view]) may be used for the forum. Functionality wise it should be like yahoo answers - [url removed, login to view]

Cubepoints plugin (cubepoints .com) integration - Points and rewards system that to measure and rank members' content contributions and then extend moderation privileges to members based on these rankings.

Once a member logs in, he/she should earn points from various activities like just for visiting, reading various articles from the main website, subscribing fro our newsletter, commenting, sharing, liking, following (on fb, twitter, pinterest, etc.), being active in our buddypress social network, forum etc.
