CRM selection for lead removal system

1. We like to select a CRM open source software. 2. We need to add a lead removal web page for leads that want to unsubscribe. The unsubscribe link is already added to the footer of the sent email with the user id. The CRM may have this ability already. You need to remove this user or disable him/her when a request to unsubscribe is made. In short the unsubscribe page should alter the CRM database or apply an API to achieve the same. Detailes: CRM Unsubscribe Project (italic = what we already have in place) (bold = what we need to take place) We need a closed loop system where we process many prospects into contacts. Here is the flow: Our spider program (“the spider”) populates a database Table with: URL, email1, email2, email3, phone1, phone and phone3 and website Alexa ranking (global) when URL is unique key. Our SEO program (“cron SEO”) will run every day and populate another database table with present SEO results (ranking) and update history. After collecting one week of information we now want to send an email with a link to our web site, we will export these prospects to the CRM Leads. We will send an email to these leads from the CRM. This is example link embedded already in or template. (This will show results for [login to view URL] ): [login to view URL] Now, we have to deal with these Leads, options: Bounced email - will be marked as bounced and later handled manually (see Admin page) Unsubscribe email - unsubscribe email addresses has to be marked as unsubscribe. Subscribe email - subscribe email addresses will flagged - additional information will be asked for: ~ e.g. Please contact me at this number. - this information will be added to our records Do nothing - the prospect took no action ****c and d will be exported to contacts (using admin page) from the Leads creating a campaign to follow up.**** The unsubscribe emails will just be marked and left in the Leads. No action will be able to be given to them. (Meaning we wouldn’t be able to do anything with the email address.) We need to make sure that future imports will not overwrite the unsubscribes Email address that are invalid: - should be marked - later on deleted from system (see Admin page) CRM Admin Page (italic = what we already have in place) (bold = what we need to take place) This page should allow for us to control the process without having to move from place to place. (Controlled within one area). This will have access to our prospects tables and history. Within the admin page we need to be able to import up to 2,000 + emails at a time, without having the system/database run slow. Alternatively, we can populate a CRM table instead of the import. The admin page should control the process. Which includes but not limited to: - the subscribe list - the unsubscribe list - the invalid email list - preparing the Leads for sending email by CRM.
