Custom XMAL(Silverlight) templates

I have a Silverlight application (photo book application) which use and load some xml files (book's pages). I'm looking for a Silverlight designer or/and developer who will create custom xml templates and his icons. You can see the real application demo on www.photobox.com. (Try to create a book). In this flash application, you see a tab which is called Layouts.
