Develop a web application to manage tasks and people

Introduction Development of an online application to manage people tasks (calendar, kanban and list view), allocate tasks based on skills and availability and manage tasks within a project. Subscription model Customers will be able to subscribe to run their own instance of the application for their company. Subscription model will be integrated with Chargebee to manage the subscription, renewal, invoices, etc. User Interface We have attached a few screen shots to give you an idea of user interface. It is not the final interface but should give you an idea of what we are looking for. In any case, the UI should be responsive, allow for drag & Drop to reschedule tasks or reallocate tasks. During the project, all user interface will be provided using ProtoShare and functional logic will also be provided Key functions - Ability to create and manage users - Ability to manage teams (i.e. a manager can see the progress of his/her team's tasks. Users can report to more than one manager. - Ability for users to manage their own tasks - Ability for managers to manage their team's tasks - Dashboard and data extract module required (to extract data in Excel) - Ability to create project and associate people to project. - Ability to link tasks to project - Ability to allocate skills to people - Ability to view my own or my team dashboards - Ability to reschedule tasks (drag and drop) - Manage repetitive tasks - Classify tasks (colour coding) - Ability to assign tasks people based on availability and skills - Ability to tag tasks and add them to a watch list - Manage task dependencies
