Install RevMax plug-in for my Revive ad-server

I tried to install the RevMax plugin into my new Revive ad-server. RevMax is a free plugin for billing and getting payments from advertisers. (I don't know why Revive doesn't have such a feature built-in already.) The instructions seem simple. I followed them, but it only partially installed. I see that a "RevMax" tab is now in my Admin panel, but it doesn't work. After I installed the plugin it showed a LOT of red notes in the Plugins tab of the Admin section. I asked a question but it doesn't look very active so I don't want to wait.) I can upload the whole folder for the plugin so that you can get at it, or whatever you prefer. I tried fixing what looks like the major error (moving "//" from one line to another in the [login to view URL] file). I also looked at the phpMyAdmin and found just one file in the ox_variables table that the errors info warns about but I didn't dare to remove it.
