Should be highly customizable: * Design is not important but should be CSS based for easy changes and implementation of new templates/skins. * Should include translation or multilingual support. * Should include Ajax (i.e. to see new jobs live) and modern web2.0 user interface (simple and clean). * Should allow easy changing (i.e. from admin) of categories, budget value for projects. Would be best to allow setting up custom default values for each category or possibility to define multiple fixed budget types (i.e. $3 $6 $9).
