Template Creator

Very Simple project for someone who knows what they are doing. Template based software. It would be similar to a Greeting Card Creator with a different layout. User should be able to change background colors, import a graphic or choose from a list of images that is included with the application. Text should be able to be formatted with Color and Style. User should be able to apply effects like Drop Shadow, Emboss and Glow. The end result will be to specific dimensions. Most likely 2-3 different sizes. The sizes should be chosen from a list. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform All Windows Platforms.
