drupal experts new website

Need a Drupal expert to create a new website. Its a corporate site divided in two main areas: corporate site and small community site. Corporate part will have a home page totally different from the rest of website. 6/8 main sections and some subsections. Community part will have a different design and will integrate blog, forum and maybe another available tool. Will use friendly URLs and we will provide design in PSD. Customer will enter content, but you must create main sections and help enter any content they could need. Maximun budget $1000. We have more small and big Drupal projects for you.
