Fiverr script customizations

I need to customization done to a Fiverr script clone from fiverrscript.com. They have told me that the script is 100% open source. I need the following. Please quote me individually for each customization and a total quote for everything: 1. I need the whole website redesigned graphically. I need new colors, new logos, new shapes of boxes, new icons (for like, dislike etc). I need custom graphic work done for the background. I will show you work similar to what I am looking for once I choose you. I also need custom banners that use the same graphic work as the website. 2. I need to change the words "I will _________" to "I'm gonna ________" or something similar. I need this changed throughout the whole website. I also need to change some of the wording throughout the whole site. I need you to add some text for me. I also need you change words such as "Gigs" and other words. 3. PayPal is already integrated with the site. I will ALSO need Google Checkout or Amazon Payments added as a payment gateway. The customer would have the choice to pay for a gig or withdraw to their choice of PayPal or Google Checkout/Amazon Payments. This means that I need icons on the payment/withdraw pages that the user can click to choose which processor to use. If no such page exists, you need to create one for me. 4. I need you to add LiveZilla customer support. You need to customize it to look like the site and I need the icon to be on the sidebar of the homepage and the bottom footer of every other page. 5. I need you to add a Twitter or Facebook icon to the sidebar. If it is a Twitter icon, it must be a "follow us on twitter" type of icon. If we use Facebook, it will be a "Like" us on Facebook type of icon. 6. I need a privacy policy page and a terms of service page. 7. I need you to create and show me how to create a customizable static page that I can link my banner up to. Also, I would need a link for my blog in the footer. The blog link should send users to a Wordpress blog. 8. I need a contact us form with several drop down boxes and a box where they can type their issue. 9. I need a mass messaging system that allows me to send emails to all the users (like a newsletter). I also should be able to send emails to individual users. This should work with the contact us form above.
