PHP Expert required

Due to a rethink, I am now posting this request: I would like someone to help me develop a forum, please note I only require help and as such I dont want or need a template thankyou. I have been asked to develop a forum for my university project - all is going well but when I hit a snag it takes me ages to sort it out - and I dont have the time left to research into it and sort out the snags so I have decided to ask you guys to do it for me. There will be a couple of hours work at most - i will supply you with the details of what I require you will then create the required bits of code - in simple easy to follow code. I hate all the automatic replies people get on here, and from half the feedback I have read on some programmers I require you supply the below to prove you are up to the job - please note I will not even consider you if you cannot produce the following for me - it is a way of telling me "I know what im doing so you can trust me". (Also note that although you need to produce this for me to consider you I will choose the best applicant from the programmers who do.... so although you send this to me you may still not get the contract) Ok here is what I need - A secure login module for users - i.e their usernames and password will be in the database, the login module will call the data required and if it matches then two links will change on the home page (one in the header and one in the leftnav will go from login / register to Welcome USERNAME - with username being the correct username.) For those that know what they are doing there is obviously something I havent mentioned to be coded for the module to work correctly and no its not the table in MySQL
