We need a developer to design a similar and like few dating sites (initially one) for us based on the models, CSS, Gui, PHP, certain front end/back end features of a combo of

1. which of the technology above you will use or use a combo of different things for both back end and front end and explain why you would use it including why the back end could be able to handle a heavy server load without crashing if we eventually get up to millions of members
2. What kind of experience you have with both dating sites as well as facebook apps in terms of creating integrated sites for facebook like zoosk .com as well as the possibilities of integrating apps for other social networks and please describe which ones can be created like a facebook app, Make sure you actually log into [url removed, login to view] and find the appropriate links on facebook to see what we are talking about
3. time frame to execute
4. number of design templates to execute before we agree on design
5. references of clients in the United States (specifically Illinois, Wisconsin, etc)
6. confirmation that this will be customized from scratch in PHP, XHTML, Javascript, and will not use any 3rd party dating script (osdate, skadate, dolphin, etc)
7. examples of your php, social networking, dating sites, social media integration, or other applicable sites you have designed
8. what is your work authorization and/or are you a college student
9. have the site be fully integrate able within social media sites similar to what zoosk did, but take a step further and have it be integrateable as custom app within all large social media sites (myspace, highfive, orkut, [url removed, login to view]) including anonymous integration if we have adult content as well as a way to integrate profiles with easy posting to craigslist, backpage, oodle, etc
10. have an easy to use CMS which would allow for seamless uploads and management (if needed) of adspace, ecommerce, etc as well as option where site will initially be free but will have upgrade
11. Other CMS functions of a dating site similar to the features that skadate, dolphin, and OSDATE may have without actually using them and programming site from scratch
