Vendor will be responsible to develop and design a Custom Translation website using WordPress preferably. It is a website for documents to be translated from English to Arabic and vice versa. • Once the user is on the website, he/she can upload the document either in English or Arabic for Translation in (word, excel and power point) and PDF formats. The customer will be notified if the document is not among the mentioned formats and upload should not happen in that case. • In case customer wishes to upload scanned image; he/she should be automatically advised to send the document through a dedicated email in order to get a quotation from the website’s owner or Admin through an email contains payment button to help the customer to pay in case he accepted the quotation. • Once the document is uploaded, all words will be counted and the cost of translation should be shown to the customer by multiplying number of words with the fixed rate. Changing the rate will be enabled for the website owner or Admin of the website. • The customer should be able to pay for the translation using "Pay" button before accepting his uploaded documents. Payment should be possible using PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card. An automatic email will be sent to the customer informing him with tentative date for delivery of translated documents. • The Website Owner or Admin should receive each translation job with a form contains: 1. The document or text to be translated 2. Targeted translation language 3. Number of words 4. Contact details of the customer • Once translation is done; the website owner or Admin will upload it to the website and automatically an email will be sent to the customer in order to notify him about translated document and allow him to download it. • The website should have at least the following pages: 1. Home (upload button, pay button, text box, language selection ) 2. About us (text is in the attached document) 3. Services (text is in the attached document) 4.
