If there are any bugs they will be removed by a company that designed it in India. They apparently designed it in a way that it is structured and easy to understand for others and well documented.
But I need a finish in the design and more important need support for the site. Some of the support work will be directly done in Germany. But I want most of the support work to be located in lower cost country.
The web firm in India that have done the initial program are quite expensive. They want to charge $12 per hour. Others are able to do it as low as $3 per hour. I was looking for maybe $6. So that for a month of average 15 – 20 hours I would pay $100 for support work.
I am not sure about the best way to pay you. Either per hour or a monthly charge, which for example, could be paid in advance for three months of work.
Important for me:
-person understands existing programming (mysql and PHP)
-person speaks good English (also OK if German, French, Spanish or Italian)
-person is able to respond quickly in urgency (for that reason I would prefer a team to an individual)
-would help if I could visit the person and talk to the person at least once face to face
The budget range includes some support.
