Visual Query Builder (Oracle, MS SQL)(repost)

Visual SQL Query Builder for Oracle & MS SQL Server, OLE (C#.NET, XAML/WPF). A full-fledged visual sql query builder as shown in the attached screenshot. No 3rd party library is allowed, or at least it must not contravene to any restriction as to its use. This project will be embedded within a bigger project. Good quality code will be preferred as opposed to a quick delivery from your behalf. Any future enhancements would also go back to you meaning some eventual additional income in the future. This visual query builder can use a XAML form which would be preferred, however your input will also be heard. A spec file is available, containing additional screenshots and description for each one of those. One particular functionality is a metadata layer, or a wrapper to identify table names and field names in the treeview (say a table in an Oracle schema is called ABC_123, and that same table will be wrapped in the treeview with the metadata mapper so that it is displayed as, say, dividends). Otherwise, the witty standard functions of any classic visual query builder will be enough (connect, execute sql, export to ASCII, save query template, save sql as text, metadata editor, output display grid (1000 records per page with "next page"), along with a sort grid, etc).
