Help with wordpress website (css, styling, translating,...)

NOTE: REPOSTED AND EDITED AS SOME THINGS ARE STILL MISSING: The project I am working on is the website of my rowing club, where I work as a coach for kids. Here's the worpress page so far: [login to view URL] I am looking for freelancers who know what really is to do as I can't pay for trying out to do what is needed. [...] The other tasks are help me with some things on the wordpress page. >>> The most important TASKS: 1) CSS: imageborder like on article-image, that can be added / set through the editor (TinyMCE Advanced) 2) Translate Plug-Ins and the WP page stuff/code (like: "Edit this entry",...) to German or at least show me where I can find the code.
