Create a Wordpress plugin to show selected posts as successions of images -- 2

I need to create a Wordpress plugin that would enable me to display all or filtered / selected posts as a succession of images. Then when a user clicks on 1 image, the post to which this image belongs to opens up. The basic interaction is similar to how the video looks on [login to view URL] The user sees a succession of images and clicking on the post opens a new window with the post. In our case the plugin should have backend control to regulate 1) Which posts (special posts, pages, or posts from a certain category or with a certain hashtags) will be shown in rotation. 2) How fast the images occur (images / second). 3) Do posts open in Same Window or New Tab 4) Default size (HxW) 5) Background (transparent or color - backdrop for the images) This backend generates a shortcode, which can then be inserted anywhere in the blog. The images used are the Featured images of the post. There should also be an option in backend to choose the first image of the post instead of the featured. The final delivery is the plugin that works. It will then be shared through Wordpress for free to be available to everybody who wants to use it.
