We could not get any of the wordpress access to work on our clients website, so either the passwords were updated and we lost the new list, or the passwords have been changed without our permission. The form to email no longer working - or sending to the wrong email address this needs updating too. I can provide [login to view URL] access (Heart Internets version of cPanel, including file manager, PHPMyAdmin and Error Logs) FTP Access Clients URL (but I cannot provide a valid WordPress login, and the password reminder is not sending password reminders out... perhaps the email address for that is wrong or has been changed. This is a quick and easy job but urgent too.
