As per the attachement we use an electronic excel document to fill in a ncr report. We want an app that we can download from our website or just load from our IT department where we can fill the form in on our phone and send it to the correct parties via email or whatsapp. the document needs to be a number that ant be duplicated as this will be installed on a few devices. The orange blocks are the manual inputs, the grey blocks are based on calculations or a table with codes. It needs to be filled in on the mobile but when sent it needs to be in format like the attachment like an excel document so it can be edited. it can also be sent as a pdf if it needs to be printed only.
