Art module add on

Add feature to existing site to bring unprecedented tools and time saving features to Project managers and members alike. An online hub to centralise ongoing and forthcoming art commissions. Commissioners: people that commission artists to make posters, gather the money and manage the project. Commissionees: members that want to be part of these commissions/projects and will have to pay to be part of it and they get a poster at the end. Project manager (Commissioner) posts the projects, they have their own back office with all the projects they have open, they can track payments, post updates and polls, add projects, view members and waitlists, etc. Members can see what projects they are in and see if they paid, view updates on the project and provide feedback and interact with other members in the commission group page. Manage their waitlists and info. They can pay through the site to the project manager via PayPal. Landing page for commissions : main page with list of commissions and tabs for : “Upcoming Commissions” - “Active Commissions”, “List of Commissioners” and “Completed Commissions” Latest commissions to go live (newest at top) Last chance commissions (Less than 2 spots left) that updates to the fewest spots open at top of the list. If more than one have same number of openings then it’s by longest running group at top Successfully (public) completed commissions (only if not listed as Secret) The Commission part of the site will be divided into two parts : Commissioner view with personal back office with tools to create and manage commissions Projects. Member view with a simpler members area with info as described below, but all the tools he needs to manage the commissions he is part of, payments, waitlists.
