Basic Photo Album

I'm in need of a basic Photo Album with these functions: Photo Album Create Album (Name, Description) View Album (with all picture comments) View Picture (with comments) Comment Picture Upload Picture (Private or Public, Description) View Latest Albums (View all non-empty Albums by All users) View Latest Pictures (View the latest pictures with amount of comments below) View Albums by specific User (Show a list of all albums by a user) - I will create the tables needed for this - I will create the design for the output. So this leaves the php code to you. I'm a php-programmer myself so I want clean code, good comments and no newbie-solutions. When a picture is uploaded a thumbnail is created using Imagemagick. The full image is watermarked with our copyrighttext. This is a very basic job and I could do it my self if I had the time. High bids will be ignored.
