Bidding Portal with App

Hello, I am founder at TechBaniya.com..We are in Electrical Project supply business for last 4 decades via our parent company. Considering the need of the hour of our industry to save time & manpower in purchasing various items at best rates and least time, we want to develop this Bidding portal. The basic workflow of the Bidding Portal. This B TO B portal will allow Purchaser to drop his inquiry on the portal via his login ( or paid login). This inquiry details will be in a specific format preferably selectable from drop down menus. Such as Category and product specifications. General visitor may see the basic details of the inquiry. Only Registered vendors get notifications & see the technical specifications and can quote for the same via their login. Both identities are hidden from each other. Once Purchaser accepts a quote, he needs to confirm it on portal. Once he does that, processing charges are demanded to supplier. Once he pays, identities of both are revealed to each other and role of the portal ends here. Option to be kept open if both supplier and purchaser wants Portal to take end to end responsibility of the complete transaction till supplier receiving the payment. This will have separate rate card. Further transaction is done between supplier and purchaser directly. Any communication in between the transaction which is required between the purchaser and the supplier will be through admin panel which will need admin approval to hide identities. I want this above portal to be developed immediately alongwith native app. Interested and experienced may quote.
