Buddypress Who To Follow Suggestions

I have a Buddypress Community and am now installing the Buddypress Follower Plugin ([login to view URL]). I am looking for a plugin which will a) Get activated when a User Logs in for the first time as a pop up b) Ask for Interests based on tags like location, & four key areas of interest c) Suggest people from a User Particular user role to follow based on inputs received in point b Would like it in the form of a plugin
