Please quote if you have basic knowledge in Accounting: The app architecture should be such that it allows multiple user. Anyone can start using it after subscription which will require a payment gateway, then they will have their own username & password. It should SSL encrypted and cloud backup. 1. Creating a Profile: For individual/company with details like name, address, tel no, (type of account: Income, expense, asset or liability) 2. Add transaction: While adding incoming and outgoing transaction, it should collect name & other details from Step 1 database and have option to add date, amount, narration, multiple attachments. 3. Daily Journal: It should be in the format attached. The added transaction should show here in the journal. Left side for opening balance + incoming transaction & right side for expenses + closing balance. Left = Right side, otherwise it should error. The closing balance should carry forward to next day opening balance. 4. Ledger: Every company/individual account to be extracted from journal database and format attached. Not every transaction of a given year to carry forward to next financial year but only the closing balance of 31st March of every year should carry forward to 1st April of next year. It should also show the attachments added during Step 2. 5. Trial Balance: The closing balance of every company/individual to be extracted from Ledger. 6. If you have knowledge of P&L, Balance sheet then quote accordingly, else till trial balance only.
