Hello I understood the type of application you are looking for. You need an app in which we will give sections for room service, for sightseeing, for any additional requirement and a place where all the requests like this will be answered. What I suggest is better to make the app more user-friendly by only giving checkbox or tick mark or choose from below type options. And not giving space to type or text anything. IF the option is not available in our given list for what client is looking for then there will be a section called as others where he can type his query and can receive a reply from hotel owner/staff/admin.
