Build an Authenticate Product Management website

Let's start discussing about the concept. It's a product authenticate management website. Try scan the QR Code in this picture. It will redirect you to the product details page. This is the scanned result >> [login to view URL] For the 1st scan, it will said that this QR Code is the 1st scan (when it been scanned, date, time etc) for prevent the second times for resell Create a product page > have a serial number > generate a QR Code for the product page > user scan or key in to search the serial number > 1st scan (show the normal details of the product page & pop out message/any notify/message said it's an authenticate product) >if user 2nd scan it (show details of the product too AND a message example: You have checked the security code has been checked for more than 5 times, the first query time: 2017-8-16 12:12:00, please confirm!) Frontend search bar sample page [login to view URL] Key in the serial number to check the authenticate product Scan result Product Page details : I need add some extra custom block like producing date, serial number, grade, description, custom block, rating, feedback form, and redemption features (to prevent the second redemption, backend can set the "unlock code" & admin can set it as redeemed etc.) Redeemed feature description : it just a button which will appear on the product page, for the user to click it , and it will display as "Claim" but same concept "redeem", just only 1 time available for "Claimed" then will mute the button OR admin can manually mark it as "claimed" at the backend, to prevent cheating, at the backend will have "unlock code" setting , admin can set the unlock code, and once user hit the button will pop out and ask for unlock code to confirm to "claimed" it. Product page url ([login to view URL](serial number)) must be continuous number. xxxx1 , xxxx2, xxxx3 and so on. Serial number will generate continous number and use as the url and for search purpose. Bulk product page generated features : Example, xxxx1 - xxxx1000 with same description and xxxx1001-xxxx2000 with another product details. I guess this will be a simple project which, frontend with "search bar" and backend with product details, and generate the url with the following continuous serial number.
