Build a Custom Software for email ( 18 Features)

Hi, I am looking for someone experienced software developer who can work on my customised email based software. I want to have a software where I can have pre-made email signatures, polls, Surveys, Editable Templates, Editable Buttons, Q & A, Autoplay Video etc etc Basically, I need 18 different features software which can be easily inegrate with any email service provider/Body text.
