DEADLINE, DEADLINE, DEADLINE!! *If you do not have standard deadline concept please do not place your bid to save both of our time.* This is jewelry page for magento 1/2 or native php, project requirement are extensively stated clearly in google sheet and the system flows sketched in ppt. We would like to have it similar to a ref website [login to view URL] Due to previous dev, the project has wasted 15 days, in order for you to take the task, you need these below: 1) show me your speed rather than everything (in action, not verbal) - start from design phases, build something first. 2) you will be asked to provide smooth communicate to update the dev progress roughly daily. If you cannot do it, you may leave the page now. 3) read all the given instruction sheet for requirement and generate a basic understand of the need of this project, system flows are also stated clearly. Please read and do not ask for ask. 4) Accept the below milestone. The project will be broken down into 4 milestones. ( We WILL NOT CHANGE OUR MILESTONE AND NO DOWN-PAYMENT for whatever reasons but completion in below milestones) 10% for Design phase (by 18th May) 30% for core functionality (by 5th Jun) 50% for completion of all requirements (by 10th Jun) 10% for final test & server optimization (by 15th Jun) *Accept this project mean you have it fully completed for the requirements listed in according document by 15th June 2018 max, any delay will result in deduction 5% per day of the remaining payment) Please ref to my google sheet and give me the proposal agreement asap. Hi Kenneth, Timeline and milestone structure is clear to me as well i check attached sheet and i think that sheet is built with previous developer as most of the column are not relevant to new freelancer but functional requirements given in column task name and description is clear to me but have some points that need to be clear before start so if you want to discuss at all i would not prefer to handle this project also want to avoid confusion during work progress.
