Build an investment website that uses Bitcoin (details inside)

1. We need a website that functions much like [login to view URL] but instead of having MULTIPLE securities, it will be tailered to JUST one security, our own. 2. It must have a login system that is for basic users to login and view their balances (BTC balance as well as shares owned balance), add funds, withdraw funds, etc. They must be required to fill out their profile of name, address, phone number country and email along with a avatar for themselves. 3. All bitcoin transactions are to be made through the [login to view URL] API. I do not want a local bitcoin daemon that is subject to hacks. 4. System must have an order book for the users to be able to buy or sell OUR security with other users on the same site, JUST LIKE coinsortium. It must be able to match orders with an ability for the admin to set fees if desired. 5. Admin’s must have full user lists with easy way to contact members individually or to send newsletters to all members. 6. Must have a blog/frontend that admin can post articles, images, graphs, etc for other users to see. 7. The admin will need to have a way to make dividend payments to all shareholders. For example, if there is 10,000 shares, and admin wants to pay 1 BTC dividend, it will get split up fairly to the 10,000 shares owners and credited to their account balances. 8. Would be nice to have a portal for conversations with other investment members, as well as to vote on polls. This may be a great project to build on top of another already functioning system like wordpress, drupal, or joomla in order to take advantage to their already secured system while simply adding on features.
