A. The following will be provided: 1. Android APK. 2. Requirement documentation which will include all functions and interfaces. 3. Already existing APIs some of which you may have to update and create new APIs. B. This project will have 2 milestones which will determine payments to the contractor. 1. Complete work and provide implementable TARGET CODE that can be installed on App Store. - 35% payment. 2 Provide all SOURCE CODES. 65% balance of payment. C. Summary of this app are: 1. There are overall 21 icons with interfaces that includes, registration, login, notification, alert, 'user chat', user like, event/schedule, search app content, refresh, user feedback interfaces among others. 2. Three (3) of these icon interfaces are just webview. 3. User feedback and suggestion will be collected by this app and it will include text data, images and video files that will be uploaded from user's device onto our server. 4. One of the interfaces is a video interface that will allow user to play from listed video files. 5. Android APK will be shared with only selected bidder based on the above conditions. The attached picture will provide more guidance. Based on this information you should be able to let me know your fees.
