Build me a membership based website with online payment options

We have a logo. We need a complete website built. I want it to be built on word press. I can do this myself but I would rather have someone else make it. Must Have the following: Main page with a description of the site. The site will have a membership access area. Membership area will include videos that also will need to be uploaded (after made). THE VIDEOS MUST STREAM.... I don't want them to be downloaded. videos will involve PERFECT Basic Strategy Perfect Card Counting Learning Playing Deviations Putting together an adequate bankroll Figuring out your Bet Spread Making sure you are a 100% perfect card counter (both at home and in a casino environment) Basically if you know how to design a membership website that accepts online payment and has membership login only access. That is what we need. Also, want to setup auto email with user name and password info, lost user name and password info access and reset options. Also want to have a join the email list pop up so people will subscribe to a monthly email list, which will also be used for marketing and possible Holiday discount on memberships. We want this site to have automation for the most part. We will be also looking for someone with the ability to make a marketing page and help set up or direct us how to have affiliate marketing help sell our memberships for the website.
